I am built human resources professional with many years of work experience with people from business environment, which relates to human resource management. I have the expertise and experience necessary for quality managing of organizational culture that creates added value for business and business environment. I am able to design and implement solutions for HR policies and procedures which are validated in practice and produce long-term results. I founded Hopticon with a mission to help business organizations that their human resource management really lives the right meaning in them.
I graduated at Faculty of Economics in Subotica, bachelor programme of European Economics and Business, then I earned a master degree of International business at the French business school SKEMA and in 2018 I got a master degree in the field of HR Management at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad.
I have certificate in cognitive behavioral coaching (CBC) that is recognized by international organizations such as ISCP and ICF. CBC has enabled me to support clients overcoming their emotional, psychological and behavioral obstacles that stand in the way of meeting their desired goals.
I speak English, German, Spanish and French.
The decision to establish Hopticon resulted from years of work in companies from different industries, in which I also dealt with following projects:
